VIDEO Tutorial: Polished Stone Background Technique

I love getting together with other demonstrators! I always leave meetings and events pumped up, inspired, and ready to try something new. Or in this case, old! A special thanks to Cindy LeBegue, who demonstrated this technique at our meeting in Springfield last week. It had been many years since I tried the Polished Stone technique. Thankfully, it was new to my Stamp Club members and they were thrilled to make this card.

 Stampin' Up! Supplies: You Are Loved Stamp Set, Smoky Slate ink & cardstock, Pretty in Pink reinker, Pink Pirouette cardstock, Sahara Sand reinker, Glossy White cardstock, Silver Smooch Spritz, Scallop Square Die (big Shot), Silver Glimmer Paper, Itty Bitty Punch Pack, Mini Glue Dots, Rhinestone Jewel Accents [Note: bold = retiring; underline = sneak peek]

Here's the same card with a different color combination: Bashful Blue and Certainly celery.
